Data processing for the informative use of the website
This website can be consulted without the user having to provide any personal data. No personal data is processed by the data controller when the website is used for information purposes.
This does not affect the processing of personal data by the technical operator of the website, in this case webnode. The technical operator of this website stores the IP address, the page visited, the referring page, the browser (user agent), the location and the date in order to compile visitor statistics and to prevent and track unauthorised access.
Data processing when contacting us
If you contact the data controller or its company, whether by e-mail, telephone, using the contact form provided or in any other way, the data you provide when contacting us will be processed in order to deal with the request expressed in your contact. The data will then be deleted, taking into account any legal retention periods. By law, correspondence that is considered commercial letters must be archived for 6 years.
Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for data processing
- in the case of your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 letter a, Art. 7 GDPR.
- for the fulfilment of our own legal obligations is Art. 6 para. 1 letter c GDPR
- to safeguard our legitimate interests is Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR.
Consequences of not providing data
If you do not provide the data to be entered in the marked mandatory fields, you will not be able to receive the corresponding service.
Data security measures
The Controller will take state-of-the-art technical, organisational and, in the case of outsourced data processing, contractual measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data against unauthorised access, destruction, loss and manipulation.
Sharing your information
We will only disclose your personal data to third parties if
- you have given your express consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), or
- this is legally permitted and necessary for the fulfilment of contractual relationships with you (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), or
- the disclosure is required by law (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR), or
- the disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Third party services
The controller does not use any third party services on this website.
The technical operator of this website, in this case webnode, uses an anonymised version of Google Analytics to compile visitor statistics. Google Fonts, which are stored on webnode's servers, are also used.
Data transfer to third countries
The controller transfers personal data to Switzerland on the basis of a contract for commissioned data processing. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision on Switzerland, according to which a level of protection comparable to European law exists there.
Your rights
The controller attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. The personal data concerning you will be deleted without request after the purpose has been achieved or, if there are legal archiving obligations, after they have expired.
If the data processing is based on your consent, you can revoke this consent at any time and without giving reasons for the future. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent given until the revocation, Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR.
You have the right to request information from the controller about the processing of personal data concerning you, Art. 15 GDPR.
You have the right to request the rectification of personal data stored about you, Art. 16 GDPR.

For all the above-mentioned concerns regarding the processing of your personal data by the above-mentioned controller, please contact the controller using the contact details provided above or in the legal notice.
You have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority about the processing of personal data concerning you if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR, Art. 77 GDPR.
